If you placed your order manually through the Invition webshop, you cannot cancel an order yourself. First step is to login to the webshop and check if the order is already shipped. If the order is not completed yet, contact us through the contact form on the Support page and request for cancellation. To be able to cancel an order we need:
- An order number or customer name
We cannot guarantee that we are able to cancel on order this is in production yet. Our production facility is processing orders all day and we cannot always intercept the order before it is shipped.
