Thanks for your cooperation in 2020 so far. As the end of the year is approaching, we would like to inform you about our 2021 prices. All new prices are valid from 4th of January 2021.

Some of our product prices go slightly up. Mostly because of higher import costs for our raw materials and higher production costs. Since we improved production efficiency in 2020, we don’t need to charge all increased costs to you.

We are always keen on finding the best prices and shipping services for you. That’s also why we have added Deutsche Post to our shipping partners in 2020. Going forward to 2021 all carriers are raising prices. Mostly due to COVID-19. Thanks to strong negotiation we don’t have to change all prices. A summary of the changes:

• We need to raise shipping fees for tracked (except BE, DE and NL) and non-tracked mail with around 3,5%.
• We can offer much lower prices for tracked mail to BE, DE and NL.
• Premium shipping fees are unaffected for most countries or go slightly up with around 1%.
• Shipping prices to GB might change depending on the Brexit negotiation outcome.
