When we ship your order it has gone to a quality check using the four eyes principle. That’s why normally your customer should not have problems regarding printed colors that don’t match their expectations. Still it can sometimes happen that printed colors are not meeting your customers demand.

We have color specialists in house that can make print profiles for each of our printing methods. That way we can match colors as close as possible. We are always trying to improve colors. That’s why we would like to hear from you as soon as possible if you have any complaints regarding color of prints.

There will always be slight differences between our products. There are two main issues that can arise:

• A back printed product is printed using UV-printers and a fully printed product is printed using sublimation. The UV gives a bit more matte result, while fully printed cases are glossy. Prints on that products look more shiny.
• Prints look a bit more matte on our back printed black cases compared to transparent cases.
