Normal shipping is our cheapest service. This is regular mail. There is no tracking and the parcel is delivered in the mailbox. It can sometimes take one or two days extra, but it’s shipped against the lowest rates possible. Currently we are working with PostNL for Netherlands and Belgium and with Deutsche Post for the rest of Europe.
Normal shipping is only available in the EU, Switzerland and Norway.
Tracked is similar to normal shipping, but extended with limited track & trace. This means that a parcel usually get’s a scan when it arrives in the country and when the courier takes it out for delivery. It’s possible that there is no delivery scan, this depends on the destination country and delivery service.
Premium is parcel service with Track and Trace. This is fast and reliable shipping worldwide. We’re working with a network of couriers including DHL, PostNL, Hermes, DPD, GLS, Fedex and others to select the best service for each country. The parcel is fully tracked, your customer will see when the parcel arrives in the country, when it’s out for delivery and when it is delivered. It will also state where the parcel can be picked up when the customer wasn’t at home during delivery.
