If your customer supplied you with a wrong address and you would like to change this in our system, this guide will help you. Please note:

  • When the order is already shipped, there is nothing we can do

  • We do not change order details by phone

Invition Webshop

If you placed your order manually through the Invition webshop, you can’t change the address yourself. Please login to the webshop and check if the order was already shipped. If the order is not completed yet, please contact us through the contact form on the Support page and request an address change. To be able to change the address we need:

  • An order number or customer name
  • The new address

We can’t guarantee that the address change is processed in time. Our production facility is processing orders all day and we can not always intercept the order before it’s shipped.

Automatic ordering

If your order was placed through:

  • The Dashboard

  • The API

  • The WooCommerce plugin

  • Order Desk

the address can be managed through the Dashboard. You can change the address by clicking the order and click ‘Change shipping address’.

When the option for changing address is not listed, the order is shipped and the address cannot be changed anymore.
